I. Measure the inside of a ring that fits you

Place the ruler or tape measure inside the ring, measuring exactly in the centre, and check the measurement in millimetres.

II. Measure the circumference of your finger

Wrap a tape measure around the finger you're going to wear the ring on. Measure without gaps, in millimetres. As there are various sizing standards, make sure you always use the European (EU) size chart to choose your ring correctly.
